AutoPartAntiTrustLitigation.com is administered by Epiq Systems Inc. and finally consolidates anti-trust lawsuits that were filed in 2011.  Class members contend that certain auto manufacturers (Chiyoda, Fujikura, Leoni, Sumimoto and Yazaki) conspired to artificially prop up the price of automotive wire harnesses.  As a result of this consumers had to pay more than they should have for an auto wire harness which was in violation of federal antitrust laws.  Chiyoda, Fujikura, Leoni, Sumimoto and Yazaki deny all actions of wrong doing but have agreed to a 249 million dollar settlement fund in order to avoid a lengthy trail with an unknown outcome.
