- Must be a resident in one of the following states: Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin
CountryHearthBreads.com/Sweeps is sponsored by Pan-O-Gold Baking Company, 444 E St Germain St, St Cloud, MN 56304. In order to enter the contestant must be 18 years of age or older, a legal resident of one of the mentioned states above, and physically located within 25 miles of a store that sells Country Hearth products.
One grand prize of $1000 will be given away and TWO $500 prizes will be given away on the sweepstakes grand prize drawing date.

- No purchase is required and odds of winning will depend on how many people enter the sweepstakes
- The $1000 grand prize draw will be held on December 5, 2017
- A winners list is available up until 1/31/18
- Upon entry the contestant will be entered into receiving promotional material from the sponsor (aka Pan-O-Gold Baking Company)
- The contestant can choose to opt-out from receiving the emails after receiving the first notification
- The $1000 grand prize (and the $500 prizes) will be subject to both federal and state taxes
- Winners will be notified by email, mail, and or phone (a voice mail will not be left if the lucky winner does not answer their phone)
- The winner cannot trade the cash in for other items (i.e. Xbox, Nintendo Switch)
