Ford CVP Sales Experience Survey
- A recent Ford customer can take part in a 5 minute survey in regards to their visit
- The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete
- Customers will need the purchase PIN number in order to begin
If the user enters the incorrect PIN number the wording “A Problem Has Occurred Unfortunately you cannot access this survey. The survey has either already been completed or the survey closure date has passed” will appear. The customer most familiar with the purchase should be the one taking the survey. The information provided during the Ford CVP site will be used for measuring customer satisfaction with their dealership sales and service experiences and will not be sold to third parties for personal profit. Any issues with the Ford survey can be directed to the Ford Motor Company Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-392-3673.
