JonesvNutekClassSettlement.com provides the claim form in regards to a $650,000 class action lawsuit settlement that revolves around baby wipes manufactured by Nutek Disposables Inc. that was contaminated with a certain bacteria that caused some consumers to break out in skin infections.  Nutek Disposables Inc. denies any actions of wrong doing but have agreed to create as settlement fund for effected class members. Class members in the case are defined as anyone in the United States who purchased a Nutek baby wipe between the dates of Oct. 25, 2013 and Oct. 25, 2014.  Not only was the lawsuit filed against Nutek but also stores that sold the product to include Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Family Dollar Stores Inc., Walgreen Co. d/b/a Walgreens, Fred’s Inc. and Fred’s of Tennessee Inc..

  • All objections must be turned in by Nov. 27, 2017
  • Claim forms must be filed by 11/27/2017
  • A fairness hearing will take place on or around 12/18/2017 (class members do not need to attend this hearing in order to receive a slice of the settlement pie)
